EWA Coins Terms

What EWA Coins are
EWA Coins are a virtual currency usable only on EWAGAMES. 1 coin = $0.01. You can buy any whole amount from 100 to 50,000 coins. There are no bonus coins and the real-money price is shown beside every coin price.
Buying
Coins are delivered immediately after the payment provider confirms the payment. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery.
Refunds
Unused paid coins can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Spent coins cannot be refunded. The 100 welcome coins are a gift: they are spent first and never refunded. Request a refund from your wallet page or by email.
Premium games and items
Unlocking a premium game is permanent for your account. Items bought inside games are consumed by the game and are not refundable once used.
No cash-out, no transfers, no expiry
Coins cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between players or sold. They do not expire while your account exists.
Under 18
Players under 18 can buy and spend only after a parent sets a PIN in the account settings. Spending is off by default and parents may set a monthly limit.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed by your bank, the corresponding unspent coins are removed. Repeated chargebacks lock purchasing on the account.
