Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 Oct 2026 · Draft text for review by a lawyer before launch.
The service
EWAGAMES provides access to browser games published by us, by partners and by community developers. Free games need no account. An account is required for EWA Coins, saving games to the cloud, leaderboards and publishing.
Accounts
You must give a true year of birth. One person, one account. Keep your sign-in email secure; we send sign-in links, never passwords. We may suspend accounts that cheat on leaderboards, abuse reports or reviews, or attempt to tamper with coin balances.
Content and conduct
Reviews and usernames must not contain hate, harassment, sexual content or personal data of others. We moderate them and remove what breaks these rules.
Partner games
Games from GameDistribution and GameMonetize are served from their servers under their terms. We review each one before publishing and remove any that break our rules.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site 14 days in advance.
