What we collect

Account data: email address, display name, year of birth, language. Play data: which games you open, for how long, on what kind of device and from which country (city-level at most). Wallet data: orders, coin balance and spending history. Technical data: IP address in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Xsolla). We never see or store card numbers.

Why we use it

To run your account and wallet, to show recently played and saved games, to keep leaderboards fair, to moderate uploaded games and reviews, to measure which games are popular (trending), and to meet legal obligations such as consumer-protection rules for virtual currencies.

Children

Players under 16 (or of unknown age) never receive personalized ads. Players under 18 cannot buy or spend EWA Coins until a parent approves it with a PIN; parents can set a monthly limit.

Sharing

Processors: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Xsolla (payments), GameDistribution and GameMonetize (partner games load from their servers when you press Play). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion: email support@ewagames.com from your account address. Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR apply.

Retention

Account data for the life of the account; play sessions 24 months; order and ledger records 5 years for accounting; server logs 30 days.
